Covid-19 measures have been changing since its onset in 2020. And along with it – so too has our business protocols and spa processes.
Our goal has always been to help customers feel relaxed and safe, while also maintaining a healthy space for everyone we greet.
Because of this, we have asked for people to call ahead to schedule a ‘stop by’. Even if only from the parking lot – giving us that time to ensure our spa is within the right number of visitors in order to meet the mandates. Which, we are thankful to say – has kept us in good standing with health inspectors.

Arrive Early
If you rush in at the last minute, not only will it take time for you to relax and enjoy your treatment, but it may also prevent you from fully benefiting from it. Arrive early for your appointment so you have time to complete the paperwork, filling in all the required details. This helps your spa specialist to understand your requirements better.
Relax and Let Go
Leave your cell phone in your bag and turn it off. Let go off your stress and worries. The more relaxed you are, the better the massage therapist can treat you. If it’s the first spa treatment at the clinic, start small. Try a facial or 30-minute service, see how you feel and then increase it the next visit.
Avoid a Full Meal
Never have a big meal before you walk in for a spa appointment. You will feel bloated, find it difficult to lie down straight for the session or feel nauseated. Eat light at least an hour before you walk in or better still, after your treatment.
